image The Hamilton-Wenham Rod and Club was founded and incorporated in 1976. Our membership is limited, but only to the extent that allows full and unencumbered use of the facilities.




The club meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30PM at the American Legion, located at 37 School St., So. Hamilton, Massachusetts.

Our outdoor pistol, rifle and shotgun ranges are located at the end of Pond Street which is off Chebacco Road in South Hamilton, Massachusetts, on the site of the former Hamilton landfill. The site also features a stocked fishing pond where we employ a catch-and-release policy. The gun club also shares a portion of the former landfill with another sporting club, the Marsh Rats.

Directions to the range from Route 128 Exit 49 (Pine St.):

Take a right at the exit onto Pine St. Proceed 0.8 miles. (The last 0.2 miles will be a dirt road.) Pine St. becomes Chebacco Rd. The entrance gate will be on your right. Pond Street begins just inside the Chebacco Road gate. Keep left inside the gate and follow Pond Street (partial dirt road) to the club entrance gate.

Directions to the range from Route 128 Exit 47 (Route 22):

Take a left at the exit onto Route 22 north. Follow Route 22 into Hamilton. Just past the Meadowbrook Farm stand, take a right onto Chebacco Rd. Proceed approximately two miles. (The last 0.5 miles will be a dirt road.) The entrance gate will be on your left. Pond Street begins just inside the Chebacco Road gate. Keep left inside the gate and follow Pond Street (partial dirt road) to the club entrance gate.
